Following the murder of George Floyd in 2020, protests erupted across the United States, and Atlanta, Georgia was no exception. The demonstrations intensified after the killing of Rayshard Brooks outside a Wendy’s restaurant in Atlanta, sparking widespread outrage and calls for justice. I documented the summer of protests in Atlanta through analog photography, capturing the raw emotions, community activism, and pivotal moments of the movement on film.
